The Service Provider offers access to new products and discounts. The Service may include new features, updates, and improvements from time to time.

  • The Service is intended for personal or commercial use by individuals or entities that are authorized to use the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Service Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any of the Service Provider's intellectual property without the Service Provider's prior written consent.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or with any other user's use of the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

The Service Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these prohibitions, including without limitation, removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the user's account, and reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for any content that you post or transmit through the Service.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Service.

  • You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or using any automated means to access the Service.
  • You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or any content provided through the Service, unless expressly authorized by the Service Provider.
  • You agree not to use the Service to send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

The Service Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these responsibilities, including without limitation, removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the user's account, and reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

6. Availability Of Services

6.1 General Availability The Service Provider makes no representation or warranty that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider.

6.2 Restrictions and Suspensions The Service Provider may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. You agree that the Service Provider shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such actions.

6.3 Scheduling The Service Provider may also make updates or changes to the Service at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after such updates or changes shall constitute your acceptance of such updates or changes.

In the event that the Service is not available for any reason, the Service Provider shall not be liable to you for any damages, including without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The Service Provider reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these prohibitions, including without limitation, removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the user's account, and reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

8. Warranty Limitations

The Service Provider provides the Service "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Service Provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Notices

Any notices or other communications required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions, including any notices of a change in these Terms and Conditions, may be given by email, postal mail, or other means of communication as determined by the Service Provider.

Notices shall be deemed to have been given when they are received by the recipient, or when they are posted on the Service. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that the Service Provider provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. Third Party Beneficiary

You agree that the Service Provider may assign these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms and Conditions or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

11. Claims Of Copyright Infringement

The Service Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Service Provider's Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

The Service Provider may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
